Golden Spike Days adds a third stage

The festival grows again, and the organisers say the limit now is washrooms, not programming.

PORT MOODY — Golden Spike Days adds a third stage this year, in the grass south of the pavilion, programmed mostly with local acts on the Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

The society says attendance has grown every year since 2022 and that the practical constraint now is not programming or budget but washrooms and parking — both of which cap the site at about nine thousand people at once.

The festival runs the long weekend, and the shuttle from Moody Centre station runs every twenty minutes.
