Centennial rowers take the provincial eights
The senior boat led from the six-hundred and finished clear, the club's first provincial title since 2018.
Centennial's senior eight won the provincial championship on Sunday, leading from the six-hundred-metre mark and finishing about a length and a half clear of Shawnigan.
It is the club's first provincial title in the event since 2018, and it comes from a boat with five athletes in their first season at the senior level.
The crew races at the national championships in Ontario at the end of the month.
